GENERAL INFORMATION
COVID-19 Update
Encanta Event Management and the Organising Committee are closely monitoring COVID-19, and our conference planning is being shaped by the latest advice from Australian health and foreign affairs authorities.The safety of delegates onsite is extremely important and we are working closely with the QT Canberra and monitoring government safety guidelines to ensure that we are able to provide a safe onsite conference experience.
Communication
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. If you register and do not receive a confirmation by email within 5 working days please contact Encanta Event Management by phone on +61 8 9389 1488.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to attending the conference.
The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Event Managers nor the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.
Meals
All tea breaks and lunches will be served in the exhibition area. We recognise that some delegates may have special dietary requirements. Please advise the Event Managers via the registration form or in writing should you require alternative arrangements be made on your behalf.
Please Note: Dietary requirements received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. Kosher meals may be available, however please note this will be at an additional cost.
Disclaimer

Indemnity
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances the host, the Organising Committee and Event Managers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
