**Accommodation for the THOR THUNDER 2023 Conference has now been closed. 

As part of your registration to the THOR Thunder 2023 Conference, Encanta Event Management has secured exclusive accommodation rates at the conference venue Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough. Delegates can book accommodation through the conference registration site. 

Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough is an iconic beachfront hotel overlooking the soft white sands of Scarborough Beach and the sparkling blue water of the Indian Ocean, just a 30-minute drive from Perth Airport and only 15 minutes from Perth’s CBD. Dynamic facilities including a lagoon style pool with ocean views, tennis courts, a fully equipped games room, modern conference spaces and amazing dining options.

The two room types offered are the Premier Ocean View and the Deluxe Ocean View. Suites are also available upon request.

 
Premier Ocean View (King or Twin)
Located on the top floors of the hotel, levels 22-23 with uninterrupted ocean views.
$265 per night

Breakfast can be purchased for $24 at the hotel

Deluxe Ocean View (King or Twin)
A spacious room boasting stunning sea views. 
$205 per night

Booking Guidelines

  • Accommodation is available from 31 October, through to check-out date of 03 November, 2023
  • If you require additional accommodation outside of these dates, please email events@encanta.com.au
  • Full payment is required to make an accommodation booking
  • Accommodation booked on invoice will need to be paid in full no later than 26 September 2023. Unpaid accommodation will be cancelled after this date
  • Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is 11:00am
  • Ensure you read the hotel terms and conditions prior to finalising your registration
  • All room night costs are quoted in Australia dollars, per night, per room and include 10% GST
  • Rooms available include Premier Ocean King/Twin at $265/night OR Deluxe Ocean King/Twin at $205/night
  • Please note, total accommodation cost displayed is for the length of your stay.
