And that’s a Wrap! Thank you for attending the Trauma Hemostasis & Oxygenation Research (THOR) Conference 2023 hosted by the WA Airway Group (WAAG) held between 31 October – 3 November 2023 marking it as the first inaugural meeting in the Southern Hemisphere. We were delighted to welcome 238 delegates from around the globe and within Australia to the iconic beachfront Rendezvous Hotel Perth, Scarborough.
The Program - The scientific program featured lectures, panel discussions, and practical workshops, and was enriched by the presence and expertise of both local and international speakers. The Thromboelastography (TEG) workshop and THOR Field Blood Transfusion Practical Workshop by Pat Thompson added significant value to the conference.
