Suitable visa options for conference attendance:
- Visitor Visa (subclass 600 – Business Visitor stream)
- Electronic Travel Authority (ETA – subclass 601) (via official mobile app only)
- eVisitor (subclass 651) (for eligible passport holders)
Important requirements:
- Visas must
be approved before boarding your flight
- You cannot
obtain a visa on arrival in Australia
- Apply
a minimum of 4–8 weeks prior to travel

of employment

Letter of Invitation (for Visa or Other Requirements)
You do not need a letter of invitation for your visa application. Your registration confirmation and tax invoice are usually enough as proof.
If your country requires additional documents, the Organising Committee can provide a letter of invitation.
