Registration Terms and Conditions
Payment:
• All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and will incur a credit card surcharge and processing fee of 2.2%.
• If you do not have a credit card for payment, please email events@encanta.com.au prior to commencing the registration process to organise an invoice.
• All invoices MUST be paid within 7 days.
• Where Early Bird Registration rates are available, they must be booked and paid in full prior to the Early Bird Closing date. Any unpaid Early Bird Registrations will convert to Standard Registration fees after the closing date.
• All registration fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. *Students must provide proof of enrolment at the time of registration.
Cancellation:
All registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Encanta Event Management. The following cancellation charges apply:
• Cancellations prior to 12 August 2026, 60 days prior to the Event: Full Refund less the administration fee ($150 per person).-
• Cancellations between 13 August – 10 September: A 75% refund less the administration fee ($150 per person).-
• Cancellations after 11 September, 30 days prior to the Event: No refund.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty. Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances.
The currency conversion from AUD to USD can be checked using this converter, which displays the mid-market rate for informational purposes only. This rate may differ from the actual rate received when sending money.
