- Full payment is required at the time of registration for all accommodation booked.
- Rates apply to single, twin, and double occupancy per room, per night and are inclusive of GST.
- Breakfast is not included in the rate unless indicated.
- All incidentals/additional charges incurred during your stay are to be settled with the hotel direct upon check-out unless alternate arrangements are in place.
- Surcharges apply for all credit card payments made.

- Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, if accommodation is required outside of these times, rooms are required to be pre-registered and additional charges may apply.
- Cancellation, reduction and or amendments to accommodation must be provided in writing. Verbal requests alone will not be accepted.

- 31 days prior to arrival: Full cancellation fees apply. Reductions are non-refundable.
