A Cairns dinner cruise is the perfect way to end a day in paradise. Step on board this luxurious sailing catamaran at the Marlin Marina and enjoy an evening of calm water cruising on Trinity Inlet, taking in the sights and sounds of this tropical port city and its surrounding waters as day becomes night.

Every journey begins with bubbles, as all good dinner cruises should. With your glasses charged, stroll the interior or exterior decks and admire the view as the sky transforms from blue to red to orange and finally a silky black, filled with thousands of sparkling stars.

Your journey takes you deep into the heart of Trinity Inlet and across the waterfront precinct of Cairns, from the Cruise Liner Terminal to the Esplanade. The water is calm, the weather mild, and the night is yours to enjoy, with a delicious set menu featuring some of the region’s best produce - the ultimate in waterside dining.

Mabu Mabu Damper Making Virtual Workshop 

Date: Thursday 29 July 2021

In this online experience, Meriam chef, Nornie Bero will share her love of Australian native ingredients in a damper making demonstration and show participants how they can incorporate Indigenous ingredients and flavours into their own home cooking. Nornie will make a variety of dampers in Torres Strait Islander style – wrapped in banana leaves and baked with pumpkin, wattleseed and saltbush varieties. She’ll share tips on how to get the perfect damper softness, and where to source ingredients.

Participants will be sent a dry ingredients, native spices, banana leaves and a recipe card, and will join Nornie online using a link provided.Bookings close 19 July 2021 or when we reach 100 participants.

Three Wolves Virtual Gin Masterclass

Hidden down a red brick laneway in the heart of the Cairns CBD, Three Wolves proudly supplies specialty whiskeys and gins, complimented by delectable eats. Three Wolves was brought to life by three gents passionate for creating a new, intimate and vibing restaurant and bar for Cairns locals and visitors alike. Though you won’t be in Cairns to visit Three Wolves, you can experience their amazing gin during this one hour masterclass. Participants will be sent four 50ml bottles of their iconic gins, Wolf Lane - Tropical Gin, Navy Strength Gin, Davidson Plum Gin and their Barista Coffee Liqueur), plus garnishes. Participants will need to provide their own soda and tonic water and ice. One of the owners, will manage the tasting with participants via a link provided. He will talk about the history of Gin, the history of Wolf Lane Distillery, tasting notes and cocktail suggestions.

Bookings for New Zealand participants closes 2 July 2021 and for Australian participants 6 July 2021. Note: Minimum numbers apply, and all participants must be 18 years of age or older.
