Cairns Aquarium by Night

As the sun goes down across the natural landscapes of North Queensland, Australia, a whole new world awakens. Animals begin to seek shelter and safety for a nights rest, while nocturnal species come to life! The rainforest becomes a symphony of activity and sound as reptiles, amphibians and insects emerge in the twilight.  Corals glow, crustaceans crawl, while reef sharks’ senses begin to heighten as they stalk and search through the oceans depths. Aquarium by Twilight will give you a glimpse into the unique world of this region’s nocturnal wildlife and their behaviours as they move about in the darkness.

Complete your evening at Dundee’s Restaurant with a perfectly matched dining experience while you enjoy a stunning sea life backdrop.

• Exclusive after hours Aquarium entry
• 1.5 hour Ecologist guided night tour through 10 tropical ecosystems from the rivers of North Queensland, through to the Great Barrier Reef.
• Spot rare nocturnal rainforest animals
• Watch and learn how animal behaviour changes from a sunlit day to the twilight of the night.  
• Come face to face with the Coral Sea’s largest night time predators – sharks, rays, groupers and more!

3 Wolves Gin and Whiskey Masterclass

Hidden down a red brick laneway in the heart of the Cairns CBD, Three Wolves proudly supplies speciality whiskeys and gins, complimented by delectable eats. Three Wolves was brought to life by three gents passionate for creating a new, intimate and vibing restaurant and bar for Cairns locals and visitors alike.

Gin and Whisky Masterclass participants will learn about the distillation processes and history, and includes three half pours of gin and three of whiskey, accompanied by shared charcuterie boards.

Trinity Inlet Sunset Cruise

• 2.5-hour calm water cruise.
  
• Welcome drink upon arrival – choice of sparkling wine, beer or soft drink.
  
• 2 canapés on arrival, followed by a 2 course meal. Please note: additional beverages can be purchased by delegates on the night.
