Payment
A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of this booking form. Payment to be made via bank transfer.
Conditions of payment
Failure to pay your sponsorship and exhibition invoice in full, by 20 May 2025, will result in your sponsorship item or exhibition tabletop display being released for sale.
All benefits will be extended subject to the time of confirmation of sponsorship.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by email and must be signed by the person whose signature appears on this form (or their nominee).
Cancellations received prior to 6 May will have their deposit returned less a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations after 6 May 2025 will receive no refund and will be liable for payment of the balance should it not have been received by the cancellation date.
