Parking

The Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is located approximately 10 minutes from the Gold Coast CBD. The hotel has paid parking options, $25.00 per car/per day for self-parking or $55.00 per car/per day for valet parking. 

Light Rail

The nearest light rail station is Broadbeach South Station which is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

As a guide, temperatures in the Gold Coast in March range from 17°C to 22°C.

The Organising Committee shall not be liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to personal property of registered participants at the event.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the event. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event, or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Event Organisers nor the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.

Whilst every attempt will be made that all features of the event mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last minute changes as the need arises.
