Important Update for OGSIG Meeting Delegates - 4 March 2025

We regret to inform you that the OGSIG 2025 Meeting, scheduled for 6 March 2025 at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, has been cancelled due to the imminent threat posed by Cyclone Alfred. 

The safety of all delegates is paramount to OGSIG, and we do not wish to place unnecessary strain on local emergency services and infrastructure. 

We recognise the inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate the understanding and support of our participants. The on-demand format will allow delegates to engage with the meeting content at a later date, ensuring the continuation of knowledge-sharing and collaboration in a safe and accessible manner.

Further details, including access to the on-demand sessions, will be provided as soon as possible. We extend our thoughts to those in the affected regions and encourage everyone to follow official weather updates and safety advisories.
