Payment

• All prices in Australian dollars and include GST.
• You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please note there is a 2.2% credit card surcharge and processing fee.  
• If you don't have a credit card, email us at events@encanta.com.au before starting the registration process to get an invoice link.
• All invoices must be paid within 7 days or before the early bird period ends, if applicable. Unpaid early bird registrations will be cancelled after the early bird sale period.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the event. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted or required to pay in full on arrival. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Encanta Event Management.
Cancellation charges:

• Cancellations received on or prior to 25 January 2026: Full Refund less a $150.00 per person administration fee.
• Cancellations received on and between 26 January 2026 - 24 February 2026: refund of 75% of registration cost less a $150.00 per person administration fee. 
• Cancellation received on and after 25 February 2026: No refund.

Instead of cancelling, you can transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. Refund requests will be considered in exceptional circumstances.

General

• After completing each section, click NEXT to move to the next part.
• Use proper case for names and company/organisation names (e.g., John Smith, ABC Pty Ltd).
• If you’re registering for someone else, enter their email address in the Email Address field and your email in the Additional Email field to receive a copy of all correspondence.
