Welcome to the GMHS 2026 Registration Portal

Information before you register

Before you start your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. If you have any questions or need help, contact us at Encanta Event Management on +61 8 9389 1488 or email events@encanta.com.au. 

Payment

  • All prices in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please note a 2.97% credit card surcharge and processing fee applies.  
  • If you don't have a credit card, email us at events@encanta.com.au before starting the registration process to get an invoice link.
  • All invoices must be paid within 7 days or before the early bird period ends, if applicable. Unpaid early bird registrations will be cancelled after the early bird sale period.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the event. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted or required to pay in full on arrival. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Encanta Event Management.
Cancellation charges:

  • Cancellations received on or prior to 11 August 2026: Full Refund less a $150.00 per person administration fee.
  • Cancellations received on and between 12 August 2026 - 11 September 2026: refund of 75% of registration cost.
  • Cancellation received on and after 12 September 2026: No refund.

Instead of cancelling, you can transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. Refund requests will be considered in exceptional circumstances
