Information before you register

Before you start your online registration, please read the following instructions and guidelines. If you have any questions or need help, contact us at Encanta Event Management on +61 8 9389 1488 or email core@encanta.com.au. 

Payment

  • All prices in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
    Please note there is a 2.97% credit card surcharge and processing fee.  
  • If you don't have a credit card, email us at core@encanta.com.au before starting the registration process to receive an invoice link.
  • All invoices must be paid within 7 days or before the early bird period ends, if applicable. Unpaid early bird registrations will be cancelled after the early bird sale period.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the event. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted or required to pay in full on arrival. 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Encanta Event Management.
Cancellation charges:

  • Cancellations received on or prior to 12/06/2026: Full Refund less a $150.00 per person administration fee.
  • Cancellations received on and between 13/06/2026 - 12/07/2026: refund of 75% of registration cost.
  • Cancellation received on and after 13/07/2026: No refund.

Instead of cancelling, you can transfer your registration to someone else without penalty. Refund requests will be considered in exceptional circumstances

As part of your registration, Encanta Event Management has secured exclusive accommodation rates at hotels which are within proximity to the venue, Adelaide Convention Centre. 

Booking Guidelines

  • Accommodation is available to book from 16 August, through to check-out date of 20 August 2026. If you require additional accommodation outside of these dates, please email core@encanta.com.au
  • Full payment is required to make an accommodation booking
  • Accommodation booked on invoice will need to be paid in full within 7 days or no later than 13 July 2026 (whichever comes first)
  • Ensure you read the hotel terms and conditions prior to finalising your registration
  • All room night costs are quoted in Australian dollars, per night, per room and include 10% GST 
  • Please note, total accommodation cost displayed below is for the length of your stay.

Accommodation bookings close 13 July 2026 and any unpaid accommodation will be cancelled after this date.
