To register for the 2019 Australian Marine Sciences Association Conference to be held at the Fremantle Esplanade Hotel from 7 - 11 July 2019, we require specific details from you.

Full Registration Social Functions

Please note if you select not attending below, you forfeit your ticket to attend the social functions. Should you wish to reinstate your ticket, please notify the Conference Organisers in writing, however, we cannot gaurantee a ticket will be available. Terms and Conditions
Member Registrations If you register as a member and are deemed by AMSA to not be a member, the Conference Organisers will invoice you the different between member and non-member rates. Student Registrations If you register as a student, you will be required to provide supporting documentation Cancellations All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the Encanta Event Management. Cancellations received up to 15 April 2019 will receive a full refund, less a $150.00 administration fee. Cancellations received between 16 April 2019 and 10 June 2019 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 10 June 2019. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty. Conditions The Australian Marine Sciences Association and Encanta Event Management reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others. Registrations received by Encanta Event Management will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Disclaimer All details are correct at the time of publication. The Organising Committee and AMSA reserve the right to change the program and social functions at any time without notice. Insurance Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither AMSA nor Encanta Event Management covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Conference or for theft or damage to belongings. Liability AMSA and Encanta Event Management do not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the event. Nor will the AMSA and Encanta Event Management take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate. Photography While attending the Conference you may be photographed. By registering for the Conference, you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes. Privacy During the process of registration Encanta Event Management will gather and record personal information necessary for your attendance. All personal information is gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
